INDEPENDENT RETAILER PURCHASES

Any item purchased at an independent Orage retailer is subject to that store’s return policy. Please check with your local shop for details.

PROMOTION CONDITIONS: Purchase a mid-layer: get a FREE base-layer

* This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
* This offer is applicable on orders made between December 18th, 2020, and December 22, 2020.
* In case of a return, the base layer received as gifts will not be refundable.
* In case of a return, the value of the base layer received as a gift will be deducted from the refund of the mid-layer (unless both are returned).

Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS

You can receive a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns. You must obtain a return authorization - see procedures below.

 Merchandise must be in perfect condition: labels must not have been removed, products must as clean as when initially shipped and have no unusual odours or fur/hair.

As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10–14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.

We will provide a UPS prepaid shipping label only for regular priced merchandise, for products received damaged or incorrect shipments. International returns outside Canada and USA will be at your own expense. You still must obtain a return authorization - see procedures below. 

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.

 

Outlet Merchandise

RETURNS

International orders: we do not accept returns for Outlet sales outside of Canada and USA. All Outlet international sales are final.

We do not cover returns for Outlet sales. We will send you a UPS prepaid shipping label and a charge of $ 10 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.

Holiday Gift Policy

 Items delivered between November 1 and December 31 have until January 15 to be returned for a full refund. No exceptions will be made.

Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

 

Return authorization & procedures

  1. Enter your information in the form below.
  2. We will review your request and send you a return authorization number by email.
  3. Once you have received that RA#, place the item(s) back in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  4. Include a copy of your packing slip inside the box, highlighting the item(s) being returned.
