ORAGE'S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE PRODUCTS THAT CAN WITHSTAND THE TEST OF TIME AND JUST ABOUT ANY TEST YOU THROW AT IT. NO MATTER HOW HIGH OUR STANDARDS ARE, WE KNOW WHAT YOU’RE PUTTING YOUR PRODUCT THROUGH AND WE KNOW “THINGS” CAN HAPPEN. AFTER ALL, WE’RE DOING THE SAME STUFF YOU ARE.

TO PUT YOUR MIND AT EASE, ORAGE OUTERWEAR ARE FULLY WARRANTED TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP FOR THE PRACTICAL LIFETIME OF THE PRODUCT. PRACTICAL LIFETIME OF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MEAN THE GARMENT WILL LAST YOUR LIFETIME. LIFETIME OF A PRODUCT IS DETERMINED BY THE AMOUNT AND TYPE OF USE PLUS CARE OF THE GARMENT. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO OUTERWEAR FROM 2019 UNTIL THE PRESENT. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PREVIOUS SEASON WARRANTY CLAIM.

ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE ACOMPAGNIED BY ORIGINAL OWNER’S PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM ORAGE OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER.

IF YOUR ORAGE PRODUCT FAILS DUE TO A MANUFACTURING OR WORKMANSHIP DEFECT, OUR FIRST OPTION WILL BE TO REPAIR THE ITEM, FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT REPAIRABLE, OR IF THE COST OF REPAIRING THE ITEM EXCEEDS THE COST OF A NEW ONE, WE WILL REPLACE IT.

WHAT IS COVERED

COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY PROGRAM ARE ALL MANUFACTURER DEFECTS, STITCHING, CLOSURES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, SEAM SEALING TAPE. SO, GET OUT THERE, GET AFTER IT, AND DON’T THINK TWICE ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT WE’VE GOT YOUR BACK.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED

DAMAGE DUE TO MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENTS, NEGLECT, THE NATURAL BREAKDOWN OF COLORS AND MATERIALS, AS WELL AS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR THAT CAN BE REASONABLY EXPECTED AS A RESULT OF EXTENDED USE OVER TIME, ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AND WILL BE REPAIRED FOR A REASONABLE RATE. WE DON'T EXPECT YOU TO WALK ON EGGSHELLS AND SKI ON YOUR LIVING ROOM CARPET, BUT WE WILL INSPECT EACH WARRANTY CLAIM BEFORE SIMPLY REPLACING YOUR 3-YEAR-OLD PANTS WITH A MILLION EDGE SLASHES ON THE CUFF GUARD.

ANY ITEM PURCHASED AT AN INDEPENDENT ORAGE RETAILER IS SUBJECT TO THAT STORE’S RETURN POLICY. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL SHOP FOR DETAILS.

IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER YOU ARE WELCOME TO RETURN ANY UNWORN, UNALTERED ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

YOU CAN EITHER FILL OUT OUR THE WARRANTY & RETURN FORM BELOW OR EMAIL US AT SUPPORT@ORAGE.COM TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL (IF APPLICABLE). LABELS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN REMOVED. ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON THIS WEBSITE SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED TO A RETAIL STORE. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN, WE WILL REFUND THE RETURNED ITEMS ON THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS AND SEND YOU AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES (IF APPLICABLE) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE ON US ONLY FOR REGULAR PRICED PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTS THAT ARE STILL COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
