ORAGE'S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our goal is to make products that can withstand the test of time and just about any test you throw at it. No matter how high our standards are, we know what you’re putting your product through and we know “things” can happen. After all, we’re doing the same stuff you are.

To put your mind at ease, Orage outerwear are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. Practical lifetime of the product does not mean the garment will last your lifetime. Lifetime of a product is determined by the amount and type of use plus care of the garment. Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to outerwear (jackets & pants) from 2019 until the present. Please contact us for the previous season warranty claim.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original owner’s proof of purchase from Orage or an authorized dealer.

If your Orage product fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it.

  

WHAT IS COVERED

Covered under our warranty program are all manufacturer defects, stitching, closures, and most importantly, seam sealing tape. So, get out there, get after it, and don’t think twice about whether or not we’ve got your back.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Damage Due To Misuse, Abuse, Accidents, Neglect, The Natural Breakdown Of Colors And Materials, As Well As Normal Wear And Tear That Can Be Reasonably Expected As A Result Of Extended Use Over Time, Are Not Covered By This Limited Lifetime Warranty And Will Be Repaired For A Reasonable Rate. We Don't Expect You To Walk On Eggshells And Ski On Your Living Room Carpet, But We Will Inspect Each Warranty Claim Before Simply Replacing Your 3-year-old Pants With A Million Edge Slashes On The Cuff Guard.

Warranty procedure

  1. Enter your information in the form below.
  2. Place the item(s) back in it’s original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories. (If new)
  3. Include a copy of your packing slip inside the box, highlighting the item(s) being returned. (If new)

 

Before returning any Orage products for warranty or repair please make sure everything is clean by following the care instructions on your label.
