Orage's Outerwear Promise (Warranty)

Our goal is to make products that can withstand the test of time and just about any test you throw at it. No matter how high our standards are, we know what you’re putting your product through and we know “things” can happen. After all, we’re doing the same stuff you are.

To put your mind at ease, Orage offers the original owner a one year warranty for normal wear and tear on all products. Covered under our warranty program are all manufacturer defects, stitching, closures, and most importantly, seam sealing tape.

So get out there, get after it, and don’t think twice about whether or not we’ve got your back.

However… that doesn't mean this is our first rodeo. The term "normal wear and tear" is a crucial detail… we can spot a torn sleeve from a tree snag or a shin tear with a paint smear and metal shavings from a park rail a mile away. We don't expect you to walk on eggshells and ski on your living room carpet but we will inspect each warranty claim before simply replacing your 3 year old pants with a million edge slashes in the cuff guard.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and will back up what we put out there… if you have a warranty question, just hit us up.


Returns

No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase.


Retail Purchases

Any item purchased at an independent Orage retailer is subject to that store’s return policy. Please check with your local shop for details.


Online Purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you are welcome to return any unworn, unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Labels must not have been removed. Any items purchased on this website should not be returned to a retail store. Once we receive your return we will refund the returned items on the credit card used for the original transaction within 14 business days and send you an email confirmation. The original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Return shipping charges are on us for regular priced products, for products received damage and for the reception of the wrong order.


Warranty and refund procedure


  1. Enter your information in the form below.
  2. Place the item(s) back in it’s original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories. (If new)
  3. Include a copy of your packing slip inside the box, highlighting the item(s) being returned. (If new)

Before returning any Orage products for warranty or repair please make sure everything is clean by following the care instructions on your label.
